Mike is a logical thinker and helps guide you through the process of buying and selling which can be a very emotional experience. Mike deals in residential and commercial markets. With his years of experience and his tough negotiating skills, Mike has consistently earned top 1% in his trading area.
Sheila Mullin – Sales Representative / SRS
Sheila comes from a nursing background and always has care and concern for her clients best interests at the forefront of her mind. Sheila is a second generation REALTOR® (her dad was a REALTOR®). People skills would be one of Sheila’s greatest assets as she can read situations and adapt accordingly to facilitate getting the job done. Honesty and integrity are the pillars that her business is built on and is the reason most of her clients come from repeat and referral business. Sheila believes in keeping up to date in current trends in real estate and has received the designation of Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Her attention to detail is key when developing a marketing plan for listing your home for sale .
Cheryl Hagymasy – Sales Representative & Licensed Assistant
Cheryl Hagymasy is a long-time resident of Orangeville and has worked in both new homes sales as well as resale. Cheryl has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Cheryl’s attention to detail and organizational skills is an asset to our office. Cheryl is known for her patience and persistence with Buyers seeking the perfect home especially First Time Home Buyers. Cheryl also has done additional training in the specialized area of seniors and real estate, which has given her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) as well. Her accommodating style puts people at ease and reassures them they’ve made the right move.
Sherri-Lyn Ferguson – Office Administrator
Sherri-Lyn Ferguson comes to us with years of experience in working in a fast paced office and being able to problem solve. She brings with her a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Sherri-Lyn’s law clerk experience ensures our client’s contracts are processed and handled with attention to detail but her patient and caring attitude will be an asset to our clients during the emotional and sometimes stressful time of moving.
