The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 899 to 859, which is a decrease of 4.45%. The number of homes sold decreased by 7.42% or 42 homes. The average days on the market remained the same at 37 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 9.05%.

The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) increased by 2.19% in October, 2014 over the same month in 2013. The number of homes sold increased by 21 homes or 48.84%. Average sale prices decreased by 3.16%.

The number of homes sold increased from 350 to 371 homes or 6.00%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 4.36%.
