January 2016 vs. January 2015 The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 60.2% in January 2016 vs. January 2015. 22 less listings came on the Toronto Board in January 2016 vs. January 2015, which is a decrease of 31.4%. The number of homes sold decreased by 23.7% or 9 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 49 to 25 days. Average sale prices were up by 3.3%.

January 2016 vs. January 2015 The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 9.9% in January 2016 over the same month in 2015. The number of homes sold remained the same over January 2015 & 2016. Average sale prices increased by 15.8%.
