The number of homes sold increased by 2 sales. The average days on the market increased from 15 days to 26 days. Average sale prices were up by 20.35%.

Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date increased from 583 to 720, which is an increase of 23.50%. The number of homes sold decreased by 9 sales.The average days on the market decreased from 16 to 14 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 20.86%
